Globalization has greatly affected our culture and civilization. The attitude of the younger generation is changing and many of them do not have time for their old and ailing parents. They also do not share so much enjoyment with their children.

Keeping these points in mind, Asha Dham Ashram has decided to set up an old age home where such old persons can be cared for and looked after.

A hospital with all intra-structural facilities will be built adjoining the old age home. Here, old and ailing patients will be admitted and treated.

A herbal garden, a dairy and a vegetable garden will be developed in order to keep them engaged in creative activities.

A system will be adopted for education, health, entrepreneurship, development and other activities in order to make to make the home a self-sustaining unit.
