Destitute Persons are being given shelter in the Ashram. 90% of the inmates are abnormal or mentally retarded and some of them are handicapped. Some of them do not even know how to eat food, how to wear clothes or where to go for the toilet. Some of them are bedridden and looked after by volunteers.

Really, it is a Herculean task to fulfill the requirements of the inmates but all things are being performed by volunteers through their dedication and humanitarian attitude. Through the love and affection of volunteers the very small work to the big work related to inmates is being dealt with.

Sister Damian keeps herself busy also with official Government and marketing activities.

Inmates are kept engaged in different activates such as worm composting, gardening, working cattle and running the gober gas plant operation, etc.
